REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning and inventory control in the sugar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural production processes and inventory management principles.
  • Experience with demand forecasting, sales analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Experience in the management of agricultural commodities is a plus.
  • Willing to be located in Sukabumi.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement production plans according to demand forecasts and sales targets for agricultural commodities.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels for raw materials and finished products.
  • Manage and optimize production processes, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with procurement and quality control teams to ensure availability and quality of raw materials for production.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for food safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and distribution, to coordinate production and inventory activities.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate production plans, inventory status, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
