About the role A fantastic opportunity has become available for a resolute Sprayer Operator. In this role you will manage running our 32-meter crop sprayer as well as other specialised farming machinery at Bongoola Enterprises. Daily you will manage using a 32-metre crop sprayer and other spraying equipment to apply herbicides, crop protectants and fertilisers efficiently and accurately, across a range of locations. Maintain the chemical storage facility in a tidy and compliant manner and check stock control and ordering of products for the Chemical storage facility, to ensure operations are not interrupted.
About you The successful candidate will have a cheerful outlook, and flexibility to meet seasonal demand. Experienced sprayer/operator in the agriculture industry. They will be able to collaborate effectively with other team members such as our Farm Operations Manager and seed companies, to ensure the smooth operation of their role on time. Ensure maintenance and servicing is kept up to date and meet WH&S standards. They will have the ability to follow instructions, undertaking daily record-keeping for spraying activities & working hours, using Bongoola Enterprises farm management software in a correct and prompt manner. Qualifications Current Driver’s License Chemical Certificate 3 years’ experience (necessary) Knowledge of Aviation spraying an advantage.
