Responsibilities:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW, under the supervision of the Physician(s) who acts as the collaborative practitioner(s), is responsible for:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed
- Documenting in a timely and thorough manner
