Responsibilities:

Here at Whitworths, we want to lead the field in how AI supports, drives, and enhances our business, and the way we work.
We are looking for an AI Business Integration Manager, to lead the integration of artificial intelligence solutions across our business processes, working with our Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, develop and implement AI models, and optimise our business operation.
We want our AI Business Integration Manager to help our teams identify, design and implement AI that really makes a difference leading to enhanced efficiencies, cost reduction, improved performance, supply chain and process optimisation, data management and AI integration into existing workflows and systems. Our teams will also need support with training and development to ensure that AI is firmly embedded, continuing to foster the culture of innovation and continuous improvement. As this is a rapidly expanding area, you will have a growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt as the AI field develops and progresses
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience working with business leaders in the development and integration of AI solutions, preferably within FMCG. They will have a solid understanding of AI concepts, data processing, and the AI lifecycle, and familiarity with SQL and cloud-based systems. It would be great if you had already managed an AI/Machine learning project.
We would expect you to have a qualification relating to AI and it would be advantageous to have a project management qualification too. Additional skills we would look for include excellent communication skills, someone who takes a collaborative approach and understands the need for teamwork, a critical thinker and a natural problem solver.
If this sounds like you, please apply.
