PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in ERP software or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI.

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, focusing on chatbot/smart workspaces, predictive analytics, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) content ingestion pipelines. This role requires a tenacious individual with a proven track record of taking projects from concept to deployment and an ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for using new technologies and building innovative products and solutions.
