REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH MACHINE LEARNING AND SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

We seek a candidate with strong past work experience in not only Machine Learning and Python, but relevant machine learning experience in the multiphysics/electrochemistry/battery/EV simulation domain. In this role, you will have to lead and architect modules in the OXRED platform and therefore need to have the following experience:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models, particularly in the context of IoT and real-time data processing. Experiences with libraries like Keras, Tensorflow, etc.
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, and edge analytics is essential.
  • Strong software engineering background with proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and data science, such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with software development best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative development tools.
  • Expertise in integrating diverse data sources (multiple modalities) to perform comprehensive data analysis and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with integrating machine learning models into DevOps pipelines. Familiarity with databases and tools such as CrateDB and AWS environments for seamless data management and deployment.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WITH MULTIPHYSICS/ELECTROCHEMISTRY/BATTERY/EV SIMULATION

  • Should have experience working with data of battery systems/energy storage systems.
  • Hands-on experience working with different algorithms for EV safety, risks, faults, driving/charging patterns.
  • Digital Signal Processing knowledge of commonly used Transforms such as CTFT, DTFT, DFT, FFT, Z-Transform, Bilinear Transform, DCT, Haar Transform, etc.

REQUIRED GENERIC SOFTWARE APTITUDE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and Enhancing AI Models: Design and implement machine learning models tailored for our ITUS EV IoT Gateway and OXRED cloud platform. These models will predict key metrics such as state of health (SOH), risk scores, mileage, faults, safety indexes, driving behavior, and dynamic insurance.
  • Edge Analytics and Data Preprocessing: Work on edge ML preprocessing to perform initial data sanitization and analytics on the ITUS EV IoT Gateway, ensuring high-quality data is transferred to the cloud.
  • Multiphysics Simulations: Collaborate with the team to refine the Multiphysics simulations on the OXRED cloud, improving the accuracy of Ideal Battery Performance Characteristics (IBPC) benchmarks.
  • Transfer Machine Learning: Develop and finetune advanced transfer learning models to combine insights from various EV types, enhancing prediction accuracy while maintaining data privacy.
  • Manage and Improve the existing ML Pipeline
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to create a smooth pipeline to incorporate your models
  • Analyze and quantify outcomes from AI models to inform stakeholders about business-case insights, such as downtime predictions, automated Kanban, and predictive reports.
  • Work in a diverse, collaborative environment, contributing to team problem-solving and innovation. Share insights and solutions, recognizing and rewarding creative approaches.
