Skills and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Industrial Solutions Manager to join our Global Innovation & Digital Engineering team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the energy industry, specifically in oil & gas and renewables. They will be responsible for providing consultancy, design, and implementation of industrial AI solutions, encompassing data analytics, Autonomous operations, predictive maintenance, energy management, and asset digital management solutions. The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in the oil & gas sector and be familiar with ADNOC and Aramco assets. A strong background in generative AI and its application in engineering and EPC projects is essential.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven industrial solutions for energy clients, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and innovation.
• Provide expert consultancy on AI and digital transformation strategies, aligning with clients’ business goals and technological capabilities.
• Design and implement data analytics solutions to drive informed decision-making and predictive maintenance practices.
• Develop and deploy energy management systems to optimize resource utilization and sustainability initiatives.
• Create and manage asset digital management solutions to improve asset performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with clients, including ADNOC and Aramco, to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and its applications in the energy sector, integrating these technologies into client projects.
• Ensure all AI solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
