CLOUD PLATFORM ENGINEER

Are you ready to revolutionize healthcare through cutting-edge technology? We are seeking a talented Cloud Platform Engineer to join our innovative startup based in one of the most vibrant cities worldwide. You’ll be an integral part of our mission to empower clients to leverage their data using advanced machine learning techniques on our cloud-based platform.
Your Role: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with our Platform and Data Science teams. Your primary focus will be on productizing, deploying, and maintaining imaging and clinical data components. These components will be deployed on partner sites, requiring occasional site visits to our hospital partners.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject.
  • Full right to work in the UK without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in producing maintainable, testable, and documented production-grade code.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with DICOM protocols for PACS device communication.
  • Familiarity with HL7 and/or FIHR standards.
  • Proficiency in using REST APIs and Python.
  • Comfort with command-line interfaces.
  • Experience in developing software requiring hospital IT approval.
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
