AI Product Innovation Engineer

Galorath is seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Product Innovator/Engineer with a strong background in emerging technologies and generative AI. This role requires exceptional expertise in navigating uncharted territories and leading the design and execution of innovative AI projects. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface across diverse business segments, including IT systems, Software Development, Manufacturing, Hardware, Systems Engineering, and Space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizenship Required. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with six years’ experience or Master’s Degree with four years’ experience in digital transformations, AI, or design thinking.
• Solid background in data science or quantitative analysis.
• Demonstrated capability in handling complex datasets and optimizing computing resources within commercial cloud environments.
• At least one year of experience in product development sectors.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner in AI or technology projects, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership experience, having successfully managed and delivered major business data modeling projects using NLP, AI methodologies, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• A strong analytical mindset geared towards effective problem-solving.
• Passionate about innovation, with experience in organizing and leading hackathons and other experimental processes.

• Lead the planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring they align with our strategic enterprise vision.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to collaborate with stakeholders, defining and developing proof of concepts that address both current and future business needs.
• Forge strategic partnerships and cultivate relationships to enhance our technological capabilities and market reach.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, helping them understand and integrate AI solutions effectively.
• Analyze trends in generative AI and machine learning to identify new opportunities and translate these into actionable and innovative projects.
• Manage the AI product roadmap, objectives, and KPIs, adapting continuously to the evolving business landscape.
• Monitor and enhance product performance through rigorous analysis and data-driven insights, optimizing user experiences.
