Join our team as an AI/ML Engineer at GN Jabra, where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge audio and vision processing technologies
In this foundational role within the Office of the CTO, you will play a key part in establishing a world-class team competency in AI/ML. If you have experience with video segmentation or video activity detection, we are particularly interested in you. Your expertise in independently developing CNN algorithms will be highly valued.
This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, where you will engage with team members to tackle open-ended problems that require innovative solutions. Your communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-intensity setting will be essential.

The Team You Will be Part of
You will be working in the Research and Technology organization in the Video Technology group. This is team is responsible for the development of advanced Machine Learning and signal processing techniques to provide differentiated value to the collaboration product portfolio.
You will be working from our HQ in Ballerup and be part of an international team where you will refer to the Director of Video Technology based in Cupertino.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Have responsibility creating SOTA AI models to run in GN Video Collaboration products.
  • Find innovative ways to improve latency, throughput and accuracy of AI models running on advanced SOC’s.
  • Work with a world class research and development team developing cutting edge multi-modal AI models.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have

  • Master / Phd Degree in Computer Science / Engineering with emphasis on traditional and AI based processing techniques.
  • Understand how to build and maintain datasets (real and synthetic) for production AI models
  • Deep understanding of vision and audio processing with AI/ML. Experience with Large Multi-Modal Action Models is a plus.
  • Experience in optimizing CNN models for embedded SoCs
  • Experience with Qualcomm architecture a plus
  • Optimization techniques for transformer based models is a plus
