Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced AI Researcher to join our AI team in leading AI efforts across our entire business. Reporting to our Head of AI, this role involves developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that will boost growth, productivity, and customer experience.
Working with stakeholders across the business, you will be a part of every stage of AI development, ensuring our AI projects use the latest technology in the best possible way. You’ll lead the charge on delivering great value for our customers and team members by creating tools that help automate workflows and delight users.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Research AI tools and advise on effectiveness based on the use case
- Deliver high integrity across LLMs used and AI implementation
- Act as QA for internal AI tools
- Work with our Head of AI to iterate and develop proprietary, cutting edge AI solutions
- Use advanced prompting techniques to improve model performance
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders to test and validate model results
- Troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues, ensuring the reliability and robustness of AI-driven applications.
- Research, scope and deliver projects that enhance customer and company value through the automation of workflows or delightful customer interactions
