Description:
ABOUT THE JOB
We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our AI innovation team. This role will excel at working with internal stakeholders to understand their current business processes and identify how AI can be used to optimize and streamline their operations. The role will collaborate with internal technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the teams’ needs to help Taulia operate more efficiently.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience with financial technology (FinTech) products and internal payment/financial operational processes
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully bringing products, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on customer-centricity and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools and techniques
Responsibilities:
- Work with Taulia leadership team to identify key cross functional processes, map and document key processes as they stand today, and identify areas for opportunity leveraging AI
- Lead the internal stakeholder discovery processes to define product requirements, features, and functionalities, translating stakeholder needs into clear and actionable problems to be solved, jobs-to-be-done and validate solutions that ultimately become product specifications
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, legal, engineering, design, and product marketing, to prioritize product initiatives, allocate resources, and drive product development efforts
- Work closely with internal technology teams to ensure alignment of internal team requirements and technical capabilities, advocating for customer needs throughout the product development lifecycle
- Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, conducting regular analysis to evaluate product success and identify areas for optimization and enhancement
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing launched capabilities internally and externally, educating stakeholders, customers, and prospects on product features, benefits, and value propositions
