Apple’s AIML organization is looking for an Events & Experiences Project Manager to help lead major event programs experienced by employees across Apple. This role requires exceptional project management skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and deep understanding of how to create events and experiences that spans the deep technical to the visionary. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can strategize and implement in a constantly evolving environment, create and solve complex briefs to ensure deep engagement and understanding of Apple’s machine learning strategy and programs. This teammate will use collaboration and partnership to impact engagement across multiple teams at Apple.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years+ experience in events and/or project management, helping deliver experiences that span complex technical and thought-leadership/visionary.
  • You have deep event management experience and thrive throughout the planning and production process, always with an appreciation for exceptional quality of delivery.
  • Expertise in running complex, cross-functional programs within, and for, fast-moving technical communities.
  • You’re a positive and proactive leader who encourages others to do their best work and can influence at all levels.
  • You’re an ideas person with the skills to create and ideate on a brief.
  • Handle event logistics and production including project management, vendor and crew coordination, attendee experience, food and beverage, decor, setup, break-down, etc.
  • Experience working with senior leadership on communications initiatives that inspire, inform, and engage.
  • Experience in working with visual designers and creative teams.
  • Familiarity in working with and managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.
  • Strong ability to drive action through collaboration, proactivity, and flexibility. Able to rally people and influence all levels to get things done.
  • Passion for building a positive organizational culture around a unified mission, with a cultural awareness that identifies new concepts and emerging trends to enhance community within a global workforce.
  • Experience working in an exciting tech environment, or in a communications agency.
  • Proficient in Keynote, Pages; skilled in Slack; and experience using project management tools.

Apple’s AIML group is looking for an Events & Experiences Project Manager to lead the future of engagement events and experiences for our global teams. We’re looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, project manager who can help us connect our people to our purpose. In this role, you’ll bring your talents to develop and implement the communications that bring our ideas, products and values to life, connect with teams across geographies and functions, and elevate the employee experience. This role requires strong relationship management, program management, event expertise, keen attention to detail, ability to work through ambiguity, and multi-functional coordination. You’ll be, at various times, project manager, negotiator and creative strategist. To succeed in this role, you’ll be able to create experiences that help bring our technical and business concepts to life. We are looking for a creative problem solver who can strategize, and implement in an ever-changing environment-and always put the employee experience at the center of everything they do.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in editorial writing, communications, PR, marketing, or related field preferred.
