Description:
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for an Service Support Air-Conditioning to join the team.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
Monitor, evaluate and develop Authorised Service Centre and repair network ensuring KPI’s and Customer Service standards are achieved. Execute Service network strategies in line with product value and market expectations. Work with State Sales Manager to ensure service strategy meets customer expectations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluation and development of service repair network ensuring KPI and customer service standards are achieved.
- Maintain and achieve full regional service coverage for air-condition products ensuring repair quality and customer service standards are maintained at the highest level.
- Maintain high level of communication with State Sales team and provide appropriate solutions to support sales.
- Technical support including triage to Authorised service centres (ASCs) and other repairers (OTAs)
