Air Conditioning Service Technician Apprentice

THROUGHOUT YOUR FORMAL TRAINING AND PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE IN THE WORKPLACE, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Work alongside Service Technicians
• Assist with maintenance and repairs of air conditioning equipment, predominantly in data centre environments
• Receive training to perform tasks independently over time
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
• Ensure customer sites are left in a clean and tidy state
• Complete service reports and any necessary WHS paperwork/checks
• Communicate and build relationships with office staff, such as Service Schedulers
• Travel to various customer sites each day
• Carry tools and equipment as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

You will complete a Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration qualification over 48 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures.
