JOB SCOPE

• Oversee and manage all aspects of export and import operations.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve operational procedures for air freight forwarding, both for imports and exports.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with air carriers, taking the lead in these discussions.
• Work closely with the commercial team, particularly Key Accounts, to meet and exceed business plan targets.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients, airlines, and terminals.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, Customs, and other relevant laws and regulations governing imports and exports.
• Maintain flexibility in work schedule to accommodate operational demands.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Undertake any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
