Air Travel Consultant Polish speaker

WORK TYPE

• On-site in Brno or remotely/work from home from anywhere in Czech Republic after 10 weeks
• Full-time or Part-time after 6 months

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Polish (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
• Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
• Good computer skills
• Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
• Ability to work in shifts, also weekend shifts, in a fast-paced environment
• If you wish to work remotely, a fast and stable wired internet connection (at least 16/10 mbps) and a smartphone is necessary

• Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in Polish and English
• Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
• Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
• Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers’ enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs
