Responsibilities:
- Define the best possible sequence taking into account organisationals and technicals constraints;
- Define and update critical(s) and technical(s) path and evaluate potentials industrials projects;
- Analyze performance and job challenges by making targeted observations
- Improve Process and Serial Allocated time via VA/NVA analysis and shop floor process observation ;
- Coach assess end user in the sequence (SLB usage);
- Brings out the blockers that undermine productivity. You will be a key player in developing solutions with the ecosystem;
- Document the potential and limits of the industrial strategy, prepare & analyzes the future acceleration;
- Facilitate various meetings involving several services. Be a catalyst for improvement projects by highlighting repetitive issues;
- Keep PERT up to date.
