Description:
AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- You have a DCS or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance or another scientific discipline or any other relevant experience.
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing / plant environment
- You have a global vision of the company;
- You listen to internal customers and stakeholders (production and support function);
- You are comfortable in a production environment;
- You have a spirit of synthesis and are comfortable presenting to senior management;
- You are dynamic and work in a team;
- You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges;
- You show patience, perseverance and curiosity;
- You possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Project, in order to track your planning
- You possess intermediate Excel skills, using it as needed to complete summary analyses;
- You are bilingual (French and English spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
- Characterize planned and unplanned tasks (RNC, BOI, Snags, workbook) - Duration, Area, Job activity, Predecessors/Successors, Milestones;
- Support production leaders in the day-to-day operations and during Daily Morning Meeting;
- Make production jobs executable as quickly as possible (monitoring engineering disposition, parts availability, documentation progression, etc…);
- Support the leader and production team in the daily planning of tasks;
- Follow up on documentation related to the progress of aircraft completion;
- Carry out impact analysis according to the issues encountered in production;
- Be responsible for / Update the planning of all aircraft by integrating the impacts, constraints, and opportunities on the aircraft fleet;
- Facilitate high-level meetings and presentations on schedule follow-up;
- Participate and manage improvement projects.
