We are looking for a new Aircraft Handling Agent to join our team in Baden-Baden, on a permanent basis.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handling and servicing business jets from our fleet
  • Providing support to arriving and departing crew and passengers
  • Coordinating and overseeing all services related to aircraft arrival and departure
  • Collaborating with external service providers such as federal police, air traffic control, and airport authorities
  • Compiling and providing crew orders for the aircraft
  • Supervising the company-owned warehouse for aircraft equipment

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Completed an apprenticeship with experience in aviation or gastronomy preferred
  • Detail-oriented and conscientious, with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and on-call duty
  • Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is advantageous
  • Confidently work with common MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Capable of passing airside clearance and obtaining a ZUP within Germany; ideally already hold a valid background check (ZÜP)
  • Legal right to work in the EU/Germany
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
