We are currently seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures (AME S) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting aircraft maintenance, repairs, and overhauls within your area of expertise. You’ll also ensure meticulous documentation in adherence to industry standards and the policies while providing guidance to junior technicians.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Uphold the culture and values consistently in all endeavors
- Execute all tasks, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation for all repairs and modifications
- Mentor and provide leadership to junior technicians for efficient task execution and skill development
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols as per the standards
- Ensure workplace conduct aligns with company policies and procedures
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned
- Proficient communication skills in both written and verbal English
- Basic proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Specialized knowledge in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and modification within the Structures and/or Composites domains
- Ability to uphold quality control standards
- Proficiency in safe work practices and basic leadership principles
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possession of a Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 48 months’ experience in performing AME duties
- Holder of an AME license or equivalent certification
