THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Avionicstojoin our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team supporting the stand-up of the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) project in Oakey, Queensland.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Avionics; you will be responsible for maintenance and modification of the EC135 Avionics systems and associated equipment. The work pattern is a day/evening shift rotation and a degree of flexibility with working hours and locations is required.
The role will require travel during the initial stages of employment. Time spent in Nowra, NSW to complete initial on the job training. Initial aircraft training will be in Brisbane area.

Experience/Qualifications

• Certificate IV Aeroskills Avionics
• Ability to successfully interact with co-workers, maintaining productive working relationships to meet team, business unit, and organisational goals
• Current B2 MAML or the ability to obtain (Desirable)
• Previous experience working on Rotary Wing Aircraft (Desirable)
• EC135 Aircraft Type course (Desirable

Aircraft flight-line handling and servicing duties.

• Ensuring all maintenance tasks carried out as per the applicable Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified in the maintenance documentation.
• Removal and installation of aircraft components, disassembly and reassembly of aircraft components,
• Promoting a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.
• Preparation and use of aircraft support equipment and inspection, maintenance, servicing, repair and
• Fault diagnosis of components and systems operating in both the line maintenance and base maintenance environments.

You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a Government security clearance (Baseline) sponsored by BDA. Therefore, you must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information and must have the ability to verify your background for whole of life i.e. birth to present time.
