Babcock is looking to expand its Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) to include AW169 maintenance functions. We are currently recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AME) to be based in one of four new operating bases in British Columbia (Vancouver, Kamloops, Prince Rupert, and Prince George). All AMEs will be responsible to Crew Chief for the completion of the maintenance and repair tasks assigned to them.

Responsibilities:

Maintain, adjust, modify, test, diagnose, and repair AW169 aircraft.
Create and complete task cards and work packs in WinAir.
Work with specialized aviation and power tools, computers, and diagnostic equipment.
Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks.
Keep timely and accurate records of the repair and maintenance activities that were conducted.
Use the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for tasks/jobs.
Maintain a clean and productive work area.
Conduct aircraft cleaning duties of interior and exterior (excluding medical biohazards).
Work efficiently alone and as part of a team.
Read, understand, and adhere to the Safety & Health Policy Statement, Company Occupational Health & Safety Manual, Company Policies and Procedures, and the MPM.
Utilize the Company reporting system to report any hazard, incident, or accident.
Enter labour in the labour tracking system accurately for all tasks performed.
Perform work in accordance with all Transport Canada guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
