Description:

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for temporary contract positions as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance, Avionics, and Structures), licensed and non-licensed, to support our Flightline Operations, Modifications Operations and Heavy Check Operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Required: Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as ICS;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an AME;
  • Experience in flight line, modifications and/or heavy maintenance operations would be considered an asset;
  • Experience on the following aircraft would be considered an asset:
  • Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400
  • ATR-42 or ATR-72
  • King Air 200 and/or King Air 300
  • Twin Otter DHC6
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Troubleshooting skills;
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, decision-making, organization and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada Regulations;
  • Successful candidates will be working as an Independent Contractor; therefore, a business number must be provided;
  • Clean Criminal Record Check (CRC) required.
