We are excited to present our new Freight Division, soon to open at London Heathrow. This will be a new department with ambitious growth, we are looking for an experienced Air import Operator to be the foundation for our journey and the beginning of our growth.
Our ideal candidate will have proven air import and or air export experience. You don’t have to tick every box to be our perfect candidate, our recruitment team are keen to speak to experienced freight professionals who are up to the challenge of shaping this new venture.
Location: London Heathrow
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSE Level or above.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of relevant and recent experience in Freight Forwarding air Operations and Customer ServiceFreight Forwarding experience is mandatory.

SKILLS

• Freight Forwarding – Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Execution Driving Skills – Ability to drive strong execution of initiatives, ensuring that the Countries get things right the first time through questioning, analysing, planning and follow-up.
• Agile Skills - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet various deadlines
• Computer Skills - Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Analytical Skills - Strong analytical skills including ability to analyse numbers and attention to detail
• Communication – Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with clients, carriers, other forwarders, vendorsLanguages - You speak and write fluent English – additional languages are a bonus, but not a must.
