Description:
AIRPORT PARKING DEPOT | TULLAMARINE
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a long-term and short-term car parking depot located in Tullamarine. As a Branch Manager we require someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, being on call 24/7, 265 days a year, while effectively managing various aspects of the depot.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the parking management or related industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing large teams of 30+
- Exceptional organisational and time-
- Handle the demands of a 24/7 on-call role.
- Proficiency in financial management, including payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in policy and procedure implementation, business analysis, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of marketing principles
- Experience in utilising social media platforms for business promotion.
- Familiarity with fleet management, property management, and license agreement management is preferred.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a related field will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership: Rostering, managing a team of 40+, payroll, performance management and recruitment
- Operations Management: Daily operations across 4 departments, fleet management, policy and procedure , property management, and license agreement management including subleasing.
- Customer Service and Marketing: Implement marketing strategies, utilise social media platforms effectively
- Financial Management: Payroll, financial reporting including KPIs, budgets, and statistics analysis, business analysis and budgeting
- Supplier and Third-Party Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party contacts to ensure smooth operations and negotiate terms
