Description:
Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers upon arrival and departure, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding.
- Provide guidance and directions to passengers regarding airport facilities, services, and amenities.
- Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Monitor flight schedules and assist passengers with flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with airline staff, ground handlers, and other airport personnel to resolve issues and ensure passenger satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of passenger areas, including waiting lounges, check-in counters, and boarding gates.
- Assist with crowd control and queue management during peak travel times.
- Uphold security and safety protocols, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by airport management or company supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in an airport or travel-related setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and security regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
