Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet passengers upon arrival and departure, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including ticketing, baggage handling, and boarding.
  • Provide guidance and directions to passengers regarding airport facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Monitor flight schedules and assist passengers with flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with airline staff, ground handlers, and other airport personnel to resolve issues and ensure passenger satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of passenger areas, including waiting lounges, check-in counters, and boarding gates.
  • Assist with crowd control and queue management during peak travel times.
  • Uphold security and safety protocols, reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to appropriate authorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by airport management or company supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in an airport or travel-related setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and security regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
