KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary qualifications in software engineering, systems engineering, computer science, data science or a similar quantitative discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong Team player.
- Strong problem solving, data analysis and analytical skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to hold effective technical discussions.
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Design of algorithm performance specifications and methods to validate algorithm performance
- Design, development and deployment of automated tools for performance analysis and reporting
- Python scripting to support data wrangling and performance validation
- Development and execution of performance test plans
- Hands-on quantitative data analysis of algorithm performance KPIs
- Managing the lifecycle of large and complex datasets
- Continuous innovation and development of the Performance Validation Roadmap
- Providing technical expertise on performance validation and data management topics within the engineering team
