Description:

YOUR IMPACT:

Jacobs is seeking experienced intelligence analysts to conduct research and analysis and produce finished intelligence products and responses to RFIs on foreign intelligence and technology protection-related threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide. This role conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature and provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources provided by the Government to identify current and emerging threats, ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats, and provide analysis concerning the future evolution of the threats.
  • Perform database entry of pertinent intelligence reporting into the Sentinel database. Create, connect, and correlate new entities and records. Update existing records with fresh or corrected information.
  • Identify investigative leads and operational opportunities for possible exploitation by Army CI.
  • Identify intelligence gaps concerning current and emerging threats, and develop intelligence information report evaluations, recommended source-directed requirements, and recommended collection requirements of emphases to focus collection activities against those gaps.
  • Communicate their analytic findings in written assessments, formal analytic notes, briefings with graphics, written inputs to designated intelligence products or responses to RFIs, and informal verbal briefings and participation in working groups, conferences, and one-on-one sessions with consumers of intelligence and CI information.
  • Maintain collaborative contact with their counterparts in the Army CI community concerning their analytic efforts and findings to ensure all threats to the Army and DoD are addressed.
