PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

Today, Allkin uplifts and journeys with diverse communities such as children, youths, families, and seniors at close to 40 touchpoints across Singapore.
Conduct outreach to schools and communities to increase awareness of family life education.

DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma holders
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience involving programme coordination
  • Advantageous to have experience in sales, marketing or customer service
  • Tech-savvy with virtual events and social media platforms
  • Matured, responsible and proactive
  • Resourceful, attentive and adaptable to changes at work
  • Be proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
  • Competent in Microsoft Office skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, written and teamwork skills
  • Good analytical and collaborative skills
  • Passionate in working with couples and families

Responsibilities:

  • Confident in engaging relevant stakeholders (ie. school personnel, community partners and religious organisations) to identify parenting needs and recommend appropriate parenting programmes
  • Plan, organize, promote and provide logistical support for family life programmes (ie. seminars, groupwork, individual consultations)
  • Meticulous in administrative tasks (ie. reporting, emails, organizing and storing information)
  • Have flexibility to work outside of office hours (ie. weeknights and weekends)
