Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Casual Allocations Clerk to join the team at Northern Health.
The Allocations Clerk works within the Nursing Workforce Unit (NWU) who are responsible for assisting units/departments across Northern Health to backfill areas with roster shortages. We are currently seeking an allocation clerk to provide staffing support to units / departments based across Northern Health’s various campuses including; The Northern Hospital, Bundoora Extended Care Centre, Broadmeadows Hospital and Craigieburn Health Service.
There is a Casual position available. This position incorporates a variety of shifts including: Day and Evening Shifts (Weekends and Public Holidays included). Our Hours of Operation and shift times are:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Current administrative experience
  • Be motivated, flexible and adaptable
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Display excellent interpersonal skills with a strong patient focus

  • Be proficient in Microsoft office
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
