MENCK are currently looking to add an Allocation and Resourcing Coordinator to their busy team in Kaltenkirchen. The Allocation and Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for the allocation and scheduling of service technician crews to all projects across the Marine Foundations segment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience using large databases and administration of project planning tools (preferred MS Project), creating schedules, trackers and reporting
  • Experience working with Project Managers and technical advisors to select optimum technician crews based upon project requirements and technician skills
  • Experience of working with and developing relationships with external stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to deliver accurate and timely information
  • Confident participator in across team meetings, able to challenge and educate others, develop positive rapport with all colleagues
  • Flexibility with working hours due to the global nature of the role
  • Fluent in English and German in both written and verbal forms with highly effective inter-personal skills supported by good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, complex and fast-track priorities with a proactive and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effective service technician allocation across the segment, providing accessible and up to date scheduling, tracking and projections to Field Pool team, Projects and Operations teams
  • Tracking and reporting of all field service technician days
  • Recruitment of new Freelancers and building of flexible technician candidate pool
  • Provide project rotas to service technicians, project managers and Field Pool team
  • Monthly reporting of technician site days to key stakeholders
  • Allocation of service technician Annual Leave and rest days
  • Identify future periods of service technician surplus/shortfall
  • Manage sub-contractor and agency agreements
  • Allocation and Resourcing Standard Operational Procedures
  • Upholds strong QHSE mindset
  • Participation on Sales & Operations Meeting and regular contact with Sales team about upcoming projects and their “basic parameters” and requirements
