JOB TITLE: ALUMINIUM FABRICATION WELDER

Position Overview: As an Aluminium Fabrication Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the fabrication of top-tier aluminium products Platform ,Walkways and Ladders . You will be responsible for executing welding operations with precision and efficiency, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for aluminium fabrication and a dedication to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Hourly rate starts from $29.70 - $35 per hour.Operating CNC machines and design Work .

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabrication Welder or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of welding experience.
• Proficiency in TIG and MIG aluminium welding techniques, specifically with aluminium materials, Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
• Effective communication skills, well spoken in english and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
• Certification in aluminium welding is required.
• The position is full time an as such at least 30 hours of work is guaranteed per week , additional hours up to ( 50 per week ) may be available on occasion

• Perform aluminium welding tasks using TIG and MIG Aluminium techniques, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to execute fabrication projects accurately.
• Prepare aluminium surfaces for welding by cleaning, degreasing, and grinding as necessary.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, Including CNC machines and laser cutters ensuring proper settings and adjustments for optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections of welded components to verify conformance with specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines or so be able to redesign while manufacturing .
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines at all times , Complete with reaching dead lines .
• Troubleshoot welding and laser cutting to brake press equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
