Customer Experience ManagerWe have a vacancy for an Alumni Relations Manager. This position is based at our National Office in Waterfall (Midrand).

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in areas such as business, communication or marketing

MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in Alumni Relations/ stakeholder management – successfully fostering relationships between the institution and the alumni, event planning, or related fields, preferably within the higher-education sector.
  • Proven experience in project management

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Valid SA Drivers License and own vehicle
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends, and travel as and when required.
