For our Hamburg office and/or remote, we are looking for an Amazon Account Manager Spain (f/m/x).
Tasks
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Spain, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve the visibility of products on Amazon Spain.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews, and generate regular reports to track progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, policies, and best practices related to Amazon marketplace management and e-commerce.
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon.
- You are passionate about FMCG, e-commerce, and market research, applying a data-driven approach to understanding the landscape of a specific market, i.e., competitor analysis and identifying market gaps to fill.
- You have a solid understanding and hands-on experience in developing SEO & SEM strategies.
- You have experience working with category optimization tools such as Helium 10, AMALYZE, Keepa, etc., and possess strong MS Excel and HTML skills.
- You have an analytical mindset and will leave no stone unturned when it comes to making sense of data and deriving insights from it.
- You are hands-on, solution-focused, and team-oriented.
- Your mother tongue is Spanish, and you are business fluent in English.
