Description:

Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role:

As a Connect Solutions Architect, you will lead Amazon Connect projects to SMB, large enterprise and public-sector customers. Projects will focus on Amazon Connect and leverage your deep experience with other enterprise, on-premises, and cloud technologies to guide customers through their cloud and migration journey:

  • POCs and Migration Readiness Assessments
  • Well-Architected Reviews and Remediation Consulting
  • Pilots and Production Implementations
  • Migrations

The most successful solutions architects on our team will combine this experience with a passion for consulting to guide clients through workshops, discovery, architecture, deployment, migration, and support operations as they modernize their customer experience with AWS services.

OTHER TECH QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)

  • Contact Center Platforms, both Cloud (CCaaS) and on-premise

Responsibilities:

  • Uncovers business and technical requirements and recommends solutions during project delivery.
  • Leads workshops (presentations) to educate Client of AWS concepts and best-practices
  • Drives discovery and architecture conversations
  • Creates technical diagrams depicting solutions
  • Reconciles competing interests with analysis and recommendations
  • Guides architecture decisions
  • Mentors Solutions Engineers
  • Guides technical and non-technical stakeholders on how to use the solution
  • Leads team through troubleshooting and resolving technical and business roadblocks
  • Supports Sales team in scoping projects and estimating level of effort
  • Speak confidently and base recommendations on experience and leading-practices.
  • Be comfortable leading discussions and explaining new concepts in familiar terms.
  • Exhibit a high level of ownership and care to self, coworkers, and clients alike.
  • Exercise confidentiality, good judgment, and critical thinking when working with sensitive issues.
  • Tailor communication to fit audience, context, and timing.
  • Be confident speaking and operating at a “30,000 foot view” and a “5 foot view”.
  • Genuinely enjoy contact center technology and evangelize cloud technology.
  • Present concepts with polish and in ways that are relevant to a client’s needs and strengths.
