Responsibilities:

Review procedures for assembly, disassembly and test verification accuracy. Configure test stations and systems. Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems. Assist in the set-up of experiments and the recordings of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups. Test and evaluate the performance and if required, repair general purpose test equipment.

  • Diagnosing instruments, Performing analytical troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of electrical and/or electronic systems
  • Developing, testing and debugging firmware for Microprocessor/Micro-controller/DSP system
  • Evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria, using a judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications
  • Developing specifications, process study, research investigations, and report preparation.
  • Providing technical guidance to designers/drafters and less experienced engineers as required
  • Providing technical leadership in developing solutions and/or devising new approaches to problems encountere

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience working as an Electronics Engineer or Electronics Technician
  • Have a diploma or Associates degree in Electrical field.
  • Have ATEX certification
  • Have good working knowledge of single phase and three phase AC power distribution systems
