Responsibilities:
As an AMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining assigned Tubular Running Services equipment, and related equipment in accordance with operating specifications
- Performing routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment.
- Servicing the handling tools, loading and unloading the shipping containers, washing the equipment returned from location.
- Inspecting / painting of the equipment pre-load out and conducting mechanical inspections.
- Completing, inspecting and distributing all quality records to ensure 100% trace-ability
- Entering data in SAP / MAPS / AMO work center or transmit the required data to the AMO support specialis
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Technical diploma in Mechanical bias would be preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical operating procedures and processes
- Have experience and ability to troubleshoot faults.
- Have a basic level of analytical ability to fault find technical problems and identify potential solutions.
- Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
- Be able to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, assembly printouts, and parts lists, and follow formal and service procedure
