Disruptive Technologies is seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. If you excel at driving brand awareness and generating leads through multi-channel marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As Campaign Manager at Disruptive Technologies, you will be instrumental in designing and executing segment, product, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, Brand Manager, and Product Marketing Manager, you will develop campaigns tailored to specific target groups to increase brand visibility and drive lead generation. You will have strong interaction with the sales and product teams to develop messaging that resonates with our target audience and reflects the true value of our products and solutions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in campaign management and/or implementation.
Strong understanding of lead-generation and nurturing tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creativity and a solution-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic design skills and proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and similar are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and implement segment marketing, product marketing, and ABM campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Develop compelling messaging and content designed to engage prospects at different stages of the buyer journey.
Conduct research to understand target accounts and create tailored ABM campaigns.
Implement lead-generation strategies and tactics within all campaign types to capture and nurture high-quality leads.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure seamless integration of campaign activities across digital channels.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics. Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and drive continuous improvement.
