Generalidades del puesto
El principal objetivo del Analista de Operaciones de Recursos Humanos dentro de myHR es garantizar y asegurar que las transacciones de la operación se realicen satisfactoriamente, dentro de los estándares establecidos del área y los KPI´s, de forma eficaz y eficiente según los tiempos establecidos.

En un día normal tendrás que:

  • Realizar, garantizar y asegurar las transacciones de los países o regiones asignadas.
  • Registro y control en los sistemas de recursos humanos de los países o regiones asignadas.
  • Responsable de atender las solicitudes de los empleados vía myHR/ServiceNow y cerrar satisfactoriamente las mismas dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
  • Estandarización de procesos y formatos en los países asignados.
  • Elaborar y analizar informes necesarios sobre las métricas y KPI´s del área.

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

  • Educación: Estudiante de últimos semestres o Profesional en administración, recursos humanos, ingeniería industrial y carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: 1 a 2 años de experiencia en áreas administrativas y transaccionales de Recursos Humanos o Servicio al Cliente.Idiomas: Inglés intermedio/avanzado y Portugués (altamente deseable)Altamente deseable: Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y de ERP/HCM (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, Sales Force, etc.)
