Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking an AHS Control Analyst to join the AHS Control team.
As part of IOPS and reporting to the AHS Control supervisor, the AHS Control Analyst will support the department on day-to-day operations. You will take an active role in ensuring compliance to schedule and operating philosophies, driving a culture that not only conforms to company safety standards, but also seeks to continuously improve operating efficiency and realise cost benefits.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build on the team’s safety, culture, and performance
  • Review and optimise mine model on daily basis to improve truck performance
  • Run tactical implementation plans to improve system functionality and optimise workflow interfaces between control and site
  • Liaise between site and control to communicate key control system issues
  • Liaising with team in ensuring that the Control System is setup in line with current AHS Mine Control Team standards
  • Create dashboards/reports that identify performance gaps and track selected KPIs for crew performance
  • Provide detailed analysis on incident investigations and safety events

  • Strategic, forward thinker with the ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
