The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Airport Analyst / Planner and will consider applications
from both junior and experienced candidates.
The successful candidate will hold a tertiary qualification from computer science, engineering,
mathematics, or similar numerate/analytical disciplines and be able to use their numerate and
analytical skills working in collaboration with other Airbiz consultants on major airport projects
throughout the world. The position will be based in our Vernon (BC) or Montreal (QC) office in
Canada.
Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent numerate and analytical skills and can use these skills to solve complex problems.
- Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
- Experience using data visualization ideally with tools such as ArcGIS (ESRI).
- Airport modelling and simulation experience using CAST (Airport Research Centre).
- Experience with noise modelling with tools such as NEF-CALC (Transport Canada) or AEDT
