Hiring for Analyst/Associate responsible for performing financial and statistical analyses, conducting research, and preparing support documentation and client presentation materials.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining complex financial models and performing various financial analyses including valuations and merger consequences.

THE TEAM:

We are expanding our Corporate Banking team in the Nordics and are looking for an Analyst/ Associate to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for providing support across the full suite of banking products offered by BofA globally. The support may include helping to develop and lead detailed corporate finance analysis, maintaining financial models, coordinating due diligence and managing the internal credit approval process.

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP:

  • A second language from one of the Nordics countries would be a plus but is not required
  • Experience at another US investment bank or major Nordic investment bank would be preferable

Responsibilities:

As a core member of the Nordics Corporate Banking team you will :

  • Develop and direct resources and activities across the Bank’s global franchise in order to deliver the full suite of products and services.
  • Originate and guide client relationships on a day-to-day basis and provide a point of contact.
  • Multi-product origination efforts within the integrated coverage model and ensure internal partnerships are seamless and efficient.
  • Provide market informed judgements on a broad array of financing strategies to address client specific needs.
  • Structure, prepare and deliver content led presentations.
  • Development of client specific analysis (capital structure, credit ratings and acquisition financing) including detailed financial models.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the Bank’s activities are conducted in a compliant and risk free manner.
  • Mentor professionals in the context of deal executions, marketing pitches and general career development.
