Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of institutional research and planning policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of information systems, programming and logic, and data bases practices and processes
- Knowledge of university-sector surveys and research/reporting initiatives
- Knowledge of relevant governing legislation
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The above is normally acquired through the completion of:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of four year of previous experience related to research, information systems, and/or computer systems experience
Responsibilities:
Responsible to coordinate, administer, and analyze surveys and to provide research, data, statistics, and analysis to support policy development, program development, planning and continuous improvement.
