Are you looking to start your career in Finance? We are looking for an Analyst Cash Management & Banking to join our team! In this position you will be responsible for working on all aspects of banking administration, account openings and closings, tracking of bank fees, signatory management, coordinating web banking platforms and other services.

What you will do

  • Set-up enterprise wide cash management banking services including outsourced payment processing, tracking of bank fees, account openings/closings, authorized signatory updates and legal KYC documentation for all entities.
  • Provide System Administration for our key cash management system (Kyriba) and for all web banking applications, including user support and training.
  • Work closely with cash management banks on detailed requirements for bank accounts, new cash management services, and problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with various business units to understand and implement their banking requirements, support their day-to-day banking needs including problem solving (directly or with assistance from the bank) in a very timely and professional manner.
  • Review and Validate Treasury (Openlink) transactions for all daily funding, investing and any intercompany transactions. Ensure such transactions have proper backup, are accurately recorded, and are in accordance with established policies and procedures for internal control compliance.
  • Assist with updating internal control and SOX process documentation & provide proper evidence for all transactional testing samples required by internal & external auditors.
  • Coordinate year-end external Audit confirmations.
  • Work independently on Treasury related projects as the need arises.

Who you are

You have the following qualifications and skills:

  • University Degree (Financial orientation preferred).
  • 0-2 years of progressive experience in Finance (Treasury) related field.
  • Completion or enrollment in a Business/Finance professional designation would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle several tasks, meet tight deadlines and complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy in a fast paced, dynamic and high-volume environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with multiple partners throughout the organization.
  • Strong computer skills including the ability to quickly become proficient in the use and optimization of Treasury systems (Kyriba, Openlink, various web banking platforms).
  • Oracle / SAP experience would be considered an asset.
