The Clinical Enterprise Analyst, Clinical Programs will support the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: support in the development of the care model to deliver integrated kidney care to ESKD patients, developing clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, determining appropriate front line and operational leadership roles and responsibilities to be successful, creating new field facing tools and reports, and improving physician partnerships and workflows (e.g. care coordination).
The Analyst, will work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with Kidney Care and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1- 3 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
- Strong project management skills

- Strong business and financial acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
