JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst, Corporate Finance supports money market activities, including short term financing, FX hedging and investing excess cash, in addition to following market trends and developments. The incumbent acts as the main source of support for all treasury activities and provides back up to Senior Managers Corporate Finance. The role is part of the front office activities of the Treasury department.

REQUIREMENTS

Corporate Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related area

o Finance
o Accounting

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/DESIGNATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    o Finance

o Mathematics

  • Master’s Degree in a related field*

TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Solid understanding of economics
  • Ability to quickly understand technical products
  • Deep understanding of Finance and investments
  • Finance community (bankers, investors, auditors, etc.)
  • Financing options (debt, equity, etc.)
  • Financial modelling and valuation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bloomberg trading tool*
  • Any skills/attributes for these above would be considered an asset
