What You’ll Do:
As an Analyst, Data Management in our Folsom, CA office you’ll independently perform daily tasks, data analysis, and ad hoc requests to support the quality and use of distribution partner foundational data including sales attribution within a global infrastructure. The team operates in a fast-paced environment that places an emphasis on continuous learning, collaboration, and maintaining an equitable and fun working environment.

Here are additional examples of the types of things you’ll do:

  • Research and resolve sales attribution inquires & errors, monitor timely receipt of multiple data sources, respond to less complex exception requests, provide administrative support for projects and processes. Prepare trending reports for management review. Maintain process and procedures as changes are communicated by management.
  • Support global distribution partner data management initiatives through participation in projects, process reviews and/or system improvements.
  • Proactively diagnose and manage high risk issues by reviewing and identifying operational improvements to ensure that data is handled and processed accurately and effectively.
  • Interface with internal and external personnel including senior operations staff, sales, marketing, finance, IT, and data vendors to obtain information and partner with to resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members while demonstrating an ability to share knowledge with others.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in accounting, finance, economics or business required, plus a minimum of 1+ years’ work experience in investment/mutual fund operations or related field preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and timely information.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment under limited direct supervision.
  • Strong prioritization and flexibility as business needs change
  • Ability to build strong working relationships, exercise flexibility and effectively connect with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Knowledge of financial services and investment related terminology preferred.
  • Strong Excel proficiency, PowerBI, data governance, and workflows.

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $24.52 - $47.31 / hour Time Off Program: Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period.
