Description:

Temporary position for 12 months

As an Analyst, Data valorization, you will contribute to the development of programs, tools and data ecosystems to meet the needs of teams and business sectors. You will collaborate in the creation and production of performance indicators, reports and dashboards. You contribute to analyses to gain an in-depth understanding of the performance of digital solutions and omnichannel processes, and formulate findings and recommendations to optimize their performance. You contribute to the maintenance and evolution of data ecosystems under the responsibility of the team, while taking charge of work and mandates by making the required cross-functional linkages. If you are an expert in data analysis and programming, and are looking for new challenges to improve the organization’s performance and user experience, this job could be for you! More specifically, you will be required to :

  • Help internal partners define their needs, make recommendations and provide advice to optimize digital solutions (websites and mobile applications) and omnichannel business processes
  • Contribute to building and evolving data ecosystems that generate performance monitoring reports and enable analysis and diagnosis
  • Conduct research and analysis to ensure optimal and efficient use of data
  • Identify and propose solutions to potential data issues and implement appropriate corrective measures
  • Work in collaboration with BI teams to automate team productions
  • Take charge of certain weekly, monthly and quarterly productions

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics or in a related field
  • A minimum of four years relevant experience in data analysis and programming
  • Please note that other combinations of relevant training and experience will be considered
  • Experience working with complex datasets in a statistical or analytical role
  • Experience in the property & casualty insurance industry
  • Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
