ANALYST, DELEGATED UNDERWRITING GOVERNANCE
Wrocław, Poland
AXA XL is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Delegated Underwriting Governance Analyst to support our Delegated Underwriting team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our governance processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our underwriters in their roles.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Assist the Delegated Governance Team in the coordination and execution of the annual review process for delegated underwriting authorities.
- Support underwriters by compiling and maintaining the necessary documentation and data for reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual review activities.
- Manage and analyze bordereau data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards, liaising with Operations, Underwriting and ESS teams as required.
- Conduct risk screening processes to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date due diligence documents and records for all delegated underwriting entities.
- Analyze due diligence information to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the review and analysis of delegated underwriting agreements to ensure they meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Support the negotiation and renewal of agreements as needed.
- Assist underwriters in addressing and monitoring the resolution of issues identified during audits or reviews
- Track the status of issue resolution and ensure timely follow-up and maintain relevant evidence documents.
- Ensure all governance tools and systems are kept current with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements and updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or a related field.
- Compelling interest in insurance field.
- Proficiency in data analysis with advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Compelling communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
